The Association for Contextual Behaviour Science is dedicated to the advancement of functional contextual cognitive and behavioural science and practice so as to alleviate human suffering and advance human well-being.


The British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) is a multi-disciplinary interest group for people involved in the practice and theory of behavioural and cognitive psychotherapy.


The Complimentary Therapists Association (CThA) is a leading professional organisation representing complementary therapists in the UK and Ireland. Member Therapists are required to have an accredited qualification in their area of practice and abide by the CThA code of practice.


Hypnotherapist Register is the largest register of Hypnotherapy Practitioners in the UK and Ireland.  Its purpose is to promote Hypnotherapy and bring together Hypnotherapists and members of the public who are seeking their services.  The site provides, in simple format, unbiased information and choice to members of the public who are seeking a Hypnotherapist.  A primary aim is to give members of the public a far greater understanding about Hypnotherapy, Hypnotherapists and their qualifications.


The International Association for Cognitive Psychotherapy is the world leader in membership-based cognitive and cognitive-behavioral therapy associations.


The International Institute for Complimentary Therapists (IICT) is a peak professional body for the natural health industry, boasting the largest modality list in all the world. Now with 5,000+ members world-wide, IICT is leading the way by providing approved therapists with an international qualification for professional affiliation in the natural therapies industry.


The Institute for Learning (IfL) is the professional body for teachers, tutors, trainers and student teachers in the further education (FE) and skills sector.  IfL is responsible for registering teachers and conferring the professional status of Qualified Teachers


The National Association of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapists (NACBT) is the leading organization dedicated exclusively to supporting, promoting, teaching, and developing cognitive-behavioral therapy and those who practice it.

The Nuro Linguistic Programming Association (NLPA).  The purpose of the NLPA is to give its members a solid structure within their NLP practice, whilst encouraging ongoing professional development.  The NLPA have a very large and widespread member base who are all committed to the promotion of NLP.   All NLPA members are required to adhere to the NLPA code of ethical conduct.



The Register for Evidence-Based Hypnotherapy & Psychotherapy (REBHP) is a professional accrediting body which seeks to establish the highest possible professional standards in the field of hypno-psychotherapy by promoting evidence-based practice. All of our members are required by their code of practice to follow an evidence-based approach.
