Join us on this inspirational and thought provoking event.  The day will commence with a showing of 'A Celtic Pilgrimage' narrated by John O'Donohue.  This will be followed by a walk around the grounds of Donamon Castle and a picnic lunch (weather permitting) - please bring your own packed lunch.  In the afternoon we will return to the OPAL Centre for a session of reflection and meditation.
